HOW TO WRITE HIGH QUALITY RESUME

Resume is not only an art but also a useful way in your search for a new or a better prospect. A good-quality, professionally well presented resume will open doors to achieve success in all-important interview.
Showing your class of writing
Make sure to set a high standard while writing a resume.  Use your proper modest design to create a beautifully layout, laser-printed, professional looking resume. Take time to create a modest and decent looking resume.  May be you can add one highlighted color on any good quality or high-glossy paper. But, don't go overboard always remember your resume is a business document so make sure to use one or two fonts, sizes and styles.  Decency and Quality is the key issue for your resume so doesn’t create too many fonts, sizes or different styles of design.
Show your skills
Your resume should be an expression of your skill, it will easily help to your reader to know about your skills and once what you have achieved for others and what you offer any prospective employer.   So always try to make an resume showing your skills, knowledge and achievements and also show how these make you a suitable and outstanding candidate for the position. Always try to avoid giving long list of unnecessary functional, chronological listing of positions held and duties performed.
Employer’s demand should be match by your resume
Your resume will be successful only when you will be able to observe and win the employer’s need.  So for that you must observe and workout what your employer’s need and make your resume according to the needs of your employer.  Take an example if for instance there are 50 candidates and the remaining vacant post is only 7.  So the employer will only select 7 candidates.  You may be able to get your place in one of these 7 selected candidates if you meet your employer’s need properly by expressing it well in your resume.
Most of the people writes good looking resume but generally looks like an autobiography or a chronological list of previous employment.  90% people does not know what to write, how to write or what is the need of their employer.  Their resume lacks any attraction. So they fail to impress their employer.  Keep the employer's central question at the forefront of your mind when you put together your resume.
Creating an exact image or idea about the candidate in the resume
Employer must be force to think about you.  Resume creation should be in such a manner that it will automatically expresses your profession to you employer.  It will create feeling about you.  For example If you're applying for a copywriting position, you can be more creative and show your skills when presenting your resume. If you're a prospective sales representative, you must come across as confident, resourceful and dedicated. So it is also necessary to think about the image your resume and do every possible way to meet the employer’s requirement or demand.
Make your resume short, relevant and specific
Your resume should be very specific and to the point, not too long unnecessary words or sentences.  Resume should be made in such a manner so that your employer or reader will be forced to remember five or six key messages selling your qualifications and skills so that your resume will be selected.
Make resume as short as necessary
If somebody is a school-leaver or graduate with little or no work experience then he may only need a one-page resume. Resume should not be more than three pages. Average resumes are usually two pages long. If your resume is too long or more than three pages by the time your reader gets to the end of the resume, he or she will have lost your key messages in the detail. As a result he or she may lose his interest to your resume. So keep everything in your resume.  Only include those things which are relevant, important and impressive. So it is not necessary to give all information such marital status, children or hobbies. You can only mention other interest which shows you are ones relevant to your chosen career.  For example your interest in flash or illustrator if you are applying for web designer’s post.
Create useful messages so that employer remembers you
Usually most of the employer used to read many resumes, but he or she will only remembers a fraction of the content of each one. So one should decide what you want the reader to remember. In this way you can match your qualifications and skills to your employer. For instance,  If you are applying for  Senior Teacher in school, then your messages should be like that.
·        5 years’ experience as a Post Graduate English Teacher in a Senior School.
·        M.A in English from Kolkata University.
·        Author of  English Grammar VI standard school student.
Make attractive information and design to attract your employer.
Use your first page to show your main information. Make the top half of your page to show your text using layout to make it more attractive.  “My Relevant Skills and Experience”  ….. you can place such type of heading.  Always try to use layout, bold, bullet points and indentation properly in your resume so that it looks beautiful and attracts your reader or employer.
